CAMP CHABAD 2022

The following items must accompany this registration form:

1. A $200 non-refundable deposit dated today. This fee will be credited towards your tuition.
2. Two equal post-dated checks dated 5/1/22 and 6/1/22 for the remaining tuition balance.

These two items must be dropped off at Chabad Early Learning Center: 166 West 97th Street.

Your spot in camp is confirmed *only* when you receive an e-mail confirmation that we have received these items.

Refund Policy

Withdrawal before 6/1/22: Complete refund, less deposit.
Withdrawal before 6/27/22: 50% refund.
Withdrawal after 6/27/22: No refund.
There are no refunds, credits or make-up days for illness, holidays or family vacations.

Please note that children are not considered enrolled in camp until all checks have been submitted and a confirmation email has been received.

If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation within a week, please contact Chayale Kugel, the camp registrar at camp@chabadelc.com .
